Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Yrysbek Manasov, who operates Scholarship OS. You must be 13 or older, and during the beta you must be a US resident. Sign-up asks you to confirm both.

Any paid features will be offered with their price and applicable billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before you purchase. Creating an account does not authorize a future charge. These Terms do not enroll you in a subscription.

Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information in your profile.

Each scholarship is offered by a third-party provider. Scholarship OS is not the provider. The provider sets eligibility, deadlines, award amounts, and the application process. Check the provider's official page before you apply, and do not rely on this app alone.

Match scores estimate how well the profile details you entered fit a scholarship's stated criteria. A match does not mean you are eligible, and a low score does not mean you are not. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for, or receive, any scholarship.

A Scholarship OS reviewer compares a listing with the provider's official page and approves it. That review is a point-in-time check. Information on official pages changes, and our review can be incomplete or out of date. Verification is not a guarantee of accuracy, and it is not an endorsement by any provider.

If a listing is wrong, use the correction link on the scholarship's page, or email scholarshipossupport@gmail.com with the scholarship's title and ID and the official page that shows the correct information.

Do not use Scholarship OS to submit false information, to attempt to access other people's accounts or data, to interfere with the service, or to scrape it for others.

You can start account deletion from Settings, which opens a separate confirmation page. Deletion is permanent. Administrator accounts are the one exception: they cannot use self-service deletion, because of the records their role is tied to, as described in the Privacy Policy. An administrator who wants their account deleted should email scholarshipossupport@gmail.com. What is removed and what is kept is described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scholarship OS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, accurate or complete listings, or any scholarship outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including lost opportunities or lost data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Where a limitation is not permitted, it does not apply.

Texas law governs these Terms, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions, or prevent you from bringing a claim in a court with jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version date above identifies this version. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance when the Terms acceptance requirement is enabled. Questions: scholarshipossupport@gmail.com.
